A.Approx 1 hour 15 minutes, it is a live show and can vary from time to time.
Q.Does the show have an interval?
Q.Are we allowed to take photographs and video photography?
A.Yes you are allowed to take non flash photographs but filming is not allowed.
Q.Do you sell food and novelties/merchandise in the show?
A.Yes we sell candy-floss, popcorn, hot-dogs, hot and cold drinks & flashing lights/balloons etc.
Q.What is the price for adult/child tickets?
A.All tickets are £7 each adult or child.
Q.Where can we get your discount vouchers from?
A.You can get them from our website and facebook page, you can print them off or screenshot them on your phone/tablet.
Q.Do you have any animals in your circus?
Q.Do you offer refunds?
A.We regret we are unable to make refunds for tickets once they have been paid for.
Q.Can we bring prams/pushchairs into the bigtop?
A.We provide a parking area for prams and pushchairs at the entrance and you are welcome to leave these here at your own risk. Fire regulations do not permit prams or pushchairs within the seating areas but car carry seats are allowed.
Q.Is the bigtop heated?
A.The Big Top is heated as required.
Q.Does the show have any bright lights/smoke effects/is it loud?
A.The performance may include bright or flashing lighting, non-particle smoke effects and loud sound effects.We also supply for a £5 deposit noise cancelling headphones if needed, available from the office.
Q.Do you have toilets on site?
A.Yes we do.
Q.Do you offer disable/ wheelchair users seating spaces?
A.Yes we do have spaces that are reserved for wheelchair users.Please do phone in advance to the office if possible and let them know what show you will be attending.
Q.Do you have on site parking?
A.Where possible we will always try to make on site parking, venue permitting.
Q.Will we get wet?
A.Is is quiet possible.

Q.I have made a Facebook reservation when do i need to pick them up by?
A.If you have made a Facebook reservation please pick the tickets up 45 minutes before the performance time or the office will sell them on if they are not collected and payed for 30 minutes before the performance time.
Q.Do you accept cash, card, cheque at the office?
A.Cash only at the office
Q.I have received a Facebook offer, how do i use it?
A.Just print it off or show it on your mobile/tablet when buying/collecting your tickets at the office.
Q.How can i reserve tickets?
A.You can reserve tickets via our Facebok page by messaging the day & time, name and how many tickets for the reservation, we no longer take phone reservations.Tickets to be payed for when collected at the office, we do not take online payments.Our telephone line is now an information line only and not a booking line.
The management reserves the right to refuse admission. Due to the hazardous nature of circus performance we reserve the right to alter the advertised programme at any time. Parents/guardians are responsible for the children in their care.
